Terms of Service

These Terms of Service form a legally binding agreement between you and OMD AS regarding your access to 1CasinoClub. By opening the site, loading the game, or interacting with any feature, you accept membership in the lounge and agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree to any portion, please leave the site and do not return.
1. Eligibility — 18+ required
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction (whichever is higher), to use 1CasinoClub. By accessing the site you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. Membership may be revoked at any time if we have reason to believe a member does not meet it.
2. Free social play only — no real money
1CasinoClub is a free-to-play social entertainment site. There is no real-money gambling at any time, under any circumstance, for any member. No deposits, withdrawals, or payments are accepted, processed, supported, or facilitated. Virtual chips have zero cash value, cannot be redeemed for money, prizes, goods, or services of any kind, and cannot be transferred, sold, gifted, or exchanged between members.
3. License to use the site
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the site for your own non-commercial entertainment. The license terminates immediately upon any breach of these Terms.
4. Intellectual property
All content on the site — game artwork, audio assets, code, text, brand marks, animations, sound effects, overall site design — is owned by OMD AS or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other IP laws. No reproduction, mirroring, repackaging, reverse-engineering, scraping, framing, or distribution without prior written permission.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: use the site for any unlawful purpose; interfere with the site’s normal operation, infrastructure, or security; use bots, scripts, scrapers, or automated tools; bypass any security or access control measure; misrepresent your age, identity, or jurisdiction; extract or derive game source code or assets; use the site to harass, harm, or impersonate any other person.
6. No real-money gambling — no third-party operators
1CasinoClub does not offer, facilitate, advertise, recommend, link to, or direct members to any real-money gambling operator. The site is a stand-alone product, not a portal or aggregator. We will not promote third-party gambling services even where local law might allow such promotion.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, free from harmful components, secure against unauthorized access, or compatible with any particular hardware or software configuration. You use the site at your own risk.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OMD AS, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site.
9. Changes to the site or these Terms
We may modify, suspend, take down, or restructure any feature of the site at any time without prior notice. We may update these Terms; the latest version will always be available on this page with the updated Effective Date.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Norway, without regard to conflict-of-laws provisions. Disputes arising under or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Oslo, Norway.
11. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
